Refund Policy

Understand before you enter

Participants who are disqualified due to rule violations or failure to meet daily posting requirements are not eligible for a refund.

LockedIn reserves the right to review all submitted content. If a participant’s content is deemed not aligned with the platform’s core values of productivity and discipline, the participant may be disqualified.

In certain cases, a refund may be issued at LockedIn’s sole discretion.

By entering the paid challenge, you agree to these terms. Entry fees are non-refundable except as outlined above.

You will be removed if

You miss a single required posting day
Your content violates the community guidelines
You attempt to manipulate engagement — bots, fake likes, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
Your content is deemed misaligned with LockedIn's values after review

Entry Structure (Free and Paid challenges)

LockedIn offers both Free Challenge Tiers and Paid Challenge Tiers.

  • Free Challenge Tier: Participation does not require any purchase or payment.
  • Paid Challenge Tier: Certain challenges, including high-stakes challenge communities, require payment of an entry fee to participate.
  • Payment is required only for specific paid challenges and does not increase the chances of winning within that challenge.
  • Each challenge operates independently. Entry into one challenge does not grant entry into another.

Eligibility (Age + Location requirements)

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a legal resident of:
    • The United States
    • Canada (excluding Quebec, which is not eligible to participate in this challenge)

Why you must be 18 or older: This challenge involves entering into legally binding Terms & Conditions, potentially paying entry fees, and competing for and receiving monetary prizes.

LockedIn reserves the right to cancel or modify a challenge due to technical issues, fraud, or legal requirements. By entering, you grant LockedIn rights to use your username, content, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Required Acceptance of terms (Mandatory)

By entering the LockedIn Challenge:

  • You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is required to participate and to be eligible to win any prize.

LockedIn reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any participant who has not properly accepted or followed these Terms.
  • Require re-confirmation of acceptance at any time, including prior to prize distribution.

Challenge Structure

  • Each challenge runs for a defined duration (e.g., 10 days, 28 days, or as stated in-app).
  • Participants must:
    • Post content EVERY DAY
    • Record a daily check-in using the "Clock-In" feature
  • Missing one (1) day results in automatic disqualification.

Winner Determination (Skill-based competition)

This is a skill-based competition, not a game of chance.

  • Winners are determined by an Engagement Score, including:
    • Followers gained
    • Likes and interactions
  • The participant with the highest valid Engagement Score at the end of the challenge will be declared the winner.

Fair Play & Anti Fraud Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Bots or fake accounts
  • Purchased engagement
  • Artificial or manipulated activity

Violations will result in: Immediate disqualification, loss of prize eligibility, and possible account suspension.

Content Requirements

Content must: Be original, productive, and aligned with self-improvement.

Not allowed: Sexual or explicit content, harassment, hate speech, illegal/dangerous actions, or disruptive content.

Tax Responsibility

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with prize winnings.

U.S. participants may be required to complete tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form 1099).

Ineligible Participants & Liability

LockedIn is not responsible for technical failures, lost submissions, or third-party disruptions.
